On-board Artificial Intelligence plus
  • Prognostic&Health Management System

The on-board PIS intelligent operation and maintenance solution integrates advanced technologies such as ICT, PHM and machine learning to create a com-prehensive operation and maintenance system that encompasses the entire closed loop of "perception, diagnosis, decision-making, and optimization." Thesolution emphasizes real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of equipment functional failures, offering tailored monitoring strategies based on thespecific characteristics of various terminal types, including broadcasting systems, passenger information display screens, film and television entertainmentterminals, and surveillance cameras. Through accurate equipment status perception, multi-dimensional health diagnosis, fault warning, root cause analysisand auxiliary decision-making, this system effectively addresses key challenges associated with traditional manual inspections, including low efficiency, diffi-culties in detecting hidden faults and delays in fault response. As a result, it significantly enhances the availability and reliability of the PIS system, as well asthe quality of passenger information services, thereby ensuring safe train operations and a high-quality passenger experience.

  • Pantograph Intelligent Analysis System

The pantograph CCTV system indludes several key components: a monitoring screen, a pantograph video monitoring server, an intelligent analysis host, apantograph camera, and a network bus node (carriage controller). The monitoring screen is installed in the monitoring room, while the intelligent analysis hostis preferably located in the same carriage as the monitoring screen. A camera is mounted near the pantograph on the roof of the vehicle, and the pantographvideo monitoring server is also situated in the same carriage as the camera. This system can share the server with the carriage's video monitoring system. Theintelligent analysis host provides real-time monitoring of the camera's preset point and features five types of fault identification functions: large sparks, struc-tural abnormalities of the pantograph, tilt, suspended foreign objects, and dirty screens. The analysis function is disabled when not at a preset point, anddetection parameters are configurable, allowing optimization as software and hardware performance improve.

  • Intelligent Video Analysis System
